• To empower and invest in women and girls educationally, politically, economically and socially in order to contribute to poverty reduction.
• To improve the health and general well-being of women and girls by facilitating their access to information and clinical services on malaria, sexual and reproductive health, and rights matters.
• To increase the participation of women in peace processes and leadership positions through engagement of stakeholders.
• To improve the status of women and empower them to address their gender needs.

• To provide a uniform platform of advocacy for resolving social issues and eradicating inequalities at grass roots level for policy-level changes.

• To Inform and engage the public by using education, women entrepreneurship and advocacy skills to create a platform to increase awareness of the issues facing teen mothers and gender-based domestic violence. Life skill and leadership training for adolescence.

Women urgently need to be aware about their due rights, because women empowerment is too commonly mistaken to prejudice to men. However, the fact is that women even now are not aware of the undue responsibilities they are burdened with, and take them as normal. When law is formulated and rights are legislated for the good of people, it becomes essential for all to be vigilant and know their privileges or prerogatives.

Benefits of empowering women
When more women work the economy grows a reduction in the gap between women’s and men’s labor force participation results in faster economic growth.
For an even and rapid economic development the roles women play cannot be overlooked and swept under the carpet, for simply by sheer number women are more in population than men. And in some cultures women are the farmers even right here in Nigeria and the north.
Women play dual roles as home keepers and mothers and in many cases equal partners in providing for the family as well as the nation at large.

the friend zone

4-Reasons-Why-You-Should-Keep-Him-in-the-Friend-ZoneTHE FRIEND ZONE
What is the friend zone?
Okay for starters she aint your friend if you find yourself here, it obviously means you like her and want something more than being just friends, and its not like you aint got female friends or that you wanna shag all the girls that are you friends…so the question is what is the friend zone
Let me break it down to you before you break your neck
The friend zone is a prison where only peeps like you are sent to
You can call her at 1am and tell her about how bad your day go, you can hang out with her six days straight in a row, shes your best buds, your guys are like siblings, best buddies, confidents all put together but the things is you want more and she is just ok with you being just that, Nobody
Not that she don’t value you enough but she is just not into you like that and don’t want more than that from you, explanation you are just good enough to open doors, wipe her tears when she cries, give her your shoulder to lean and cry on but nope you can’t get any reward… you reward is in heaven if theres a heaven for best friends you won’t even get there cause you wanna hit that too so no you are not a patriot you just like the rest of us who wanna hit that too. And chances are that some of us eventually will but for you nope…srry bro youre in the FZ…
TRUST ME
if you find yourself here chances are that you put yourself there
not her so if you are looking for someone to blame start with you yes you not her
the funniest thing is it may or may not even exist but it does in your mind that’s the irony
you get her without ever know how it got to that

TEN WAYS TO REMAIN POOR

THIS IS HOW TO REMAIN POOR
1. Never wake up early…

Keep stretching & turning in bed until you get too hungry to continue dozing if there are no bedbugs,
why hurry to get up??

2. Never plan how to spend your money..
Whenever you get money, start spending it right away and when it’s finished, you try to count and
recall how you spent it..

3. Don’t think of saving until you have real big money…
How can you save when you earn so little?? Those telling you to save are not sympathetic to your
burning needs..

4. Don’t engage in activities usually reserved for the “uneducated “…
How can you a graduate
engage in petty trade or home based production?? That’s for people who never went to school.

5. Don’t think of starting a business until an angel comes from heaven & give U capital..
How do they expect U to invest before U get millions of dollars?? Even though more than half the
businesses in your town were started with a few hundred dollar, you as a smart person can only start with millions.

6. Complain about everything except your own attitude:
Blame the system the government& the banks that refuse to lend you money. They are all bad & do not want you to get rich.

7. Spend more than you earn.
To achieve this, buy consumer product on credit & keep borrowing from friends & employers.

8. Compete in dressing.
Make sure you wear the latest clothes among all workers in your offer..
Whenever your neighbour buys a new phone, u get one that is more expensive..

9. Get yourself a nice second hand car that costs more than three times your gross monthly pay..

10. Give your children everything they ask for since you’re such a loving parent. They should not
struggle for anything because you do not want them to suffer that way, they will grow up lazy & hence poor enough to ensure they can’t help you in old age…
